Shipping and Delivery

Winter Holiday Orders
It takes 3-4 business day for prints to be made to order and shipped. Ever since the pandemic, delivery has been erratic. During the winter holiday, orders made before December 10, 2022 have better chances of arriving before christmas. Orders made after that date might arrive after.

Carriers
We now have free shipping for all the items on this site! Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground.

Shipping Outside the US
We cannot ship to countries outside the US, or accept payments from anyone living outside of the US . The only exceptions are Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Please expect delivery to take additional days in these countries.

Local Pickup
Choose this option if you live in the SF Bay Area or Sacramento and you would like to pick up your order at my Richmond studio during regular business hours Monday through Saturday 9-4 pm. You will get a message with directions and a form where you can indicate when you are coming.

Expedited Shipping
When you select free shipping, your order arrives within 3-7 days within the continental US. Expedited shipping orders are sent either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Second Day Air. Please contact us if you need faster service like USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air.

Gicleé Prints
9 x 12” and 12 x 16” gicleé prints are shipped in a rigid flat envelope. 18 x 24” and 24 x 30” gicleé prints are shipped in a 20 x 4” or 24 x 4” tube.

Original Work
Please save the original packaging until you are certain you will not be returning original work.
Paintings are packaged carefully to ensure the work is not damaged in transit. They are wrapped in paper, surrounded by bubble wrap, and enclosed in a double-walled corrugated cardboard box.

Matted media is sent in a rigid envelope inside a larger padded envelope.
