Plein air painting of a wooden building that originally housed the Hercules City government. Behind it, palm trees and a glimpse of the bay. In front, a very dry front yard faces Railroad Ave. These buildings were moved to their present location a few years ago. Original 8 x 9.5" gouache on paper is sold matted and measures 16 x 20" with the mat.
